Most patients now order their prescriptions this way. It is the fastest and easiest option.

Other ways to order

If you cannot use the NHS App, you can hand in a repeat request on paper at our front desk.

For safety reasons, we do not take repeat prescription requests by phone.

 

Important information

  • Please only order medication when it is due
  • Your prescription will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy
  • Allow 2 working days for processing by the practice. After that, please contact your pharmacy to check if your medication is ready.

 

Problems with your prescription?

Speak to your pharmacy first if:

  • you have already ordered your medication and it’s been over 2 working days
  • you are waiting for your prescription
  • you want to know if it is ready

Contact the practice if:

  • your medication is missing
  • your request was rejected
  • you need to discuss your medication

 

Additional support

If your pharmacy already orders your medication for you, this will continue as normal. This is arranged for patients who are unable to manage their own ordering.
