Click here to get help for any health problem – urgent or routine. You will be guided through a few short questions. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.
How it Works
- Tell us about your problem
- We review your request
- You get the right help
This may be:
- an appointment with a GP, nurse, paramedic, or another clinician
- advice or treatment without an appointment
- referral to another service such as a pharmacy
When you will hear from us
We aim to respond as quickly as possible. We will make sure you are seen in a timeframe that is safe for your problem.
Some requests are dealt with straight away. Others need a clinician to review them first.
If you cannot use the online form
Call us and we will complete the form with you. Your request will be handled in the same way as online requests.
More than one problem?
Please submit a separate form for each problem. This helps us give you enough time and the right care.
Who will help you
Our team includes GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists and other trained clinicians. We will direct you to the best person for your needs.
Appointments
If an appointment is needed, it will be arranged for you.
We offer:
- same-day help for urgent problems
- routine appointments
- Saturday GP appointments (subject to availability)
